An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. playpk reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 (or the account balance if lower) to inactive accounts after this period has elapsed. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting playpk's support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Withdrawal of any remaining balance will be processed within the standard timeframes following account closure.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. playpk targets withdrawal processing within one to three business days for verified accounts. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or having its format changed — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications in cricket — settlement will follow the published sport-specific rules. PSL, ICC international fixtures, and bilateral series are all subject to these rules without exception.
